Automated Assembly Systems
TranTek has extensive experience in designing and integrating single station work cells, conveyorized multi-station platforms and fully automated robotic multi-process systems. Part feeders, vision inspection systems and “smart bins” that minimize operator interface and maximize quality assurance are just some of the features that are typically incorporated into our automated assembly solutions.
TranTek has engineered a full range of material handling equipment from simple, pick and place units to fully automated robotic palletizing/depalletizing systems and rack indexers. We have engineered overhead gantry systems in lengths of up to 80 feet with multi-lifter capability and payload potential of up to 5000 lbs.
TranTek designs and builds MIG, TIG, Resistance and Drawn Arc welding systems. From single-station cells to complex, multi-station systems, we have engineered and built complete welding systems that typically feature robotics, positioners and the auto-feeding of parts and/or fasteners.
